BoxOrganizer: Your Solution for Easy Organization

When it comes to moving and storing your belongings, finding specific items can be a daunting task. Whether it's a sentimental vase, your favorite book, or your running shoes, it's frustrating not knowing which box they're in.

Thankfully, BoxOrganizer is here to help. This app allows you to add your boxes to a project and conveniently scan and track all of your valuable items. Now, when you need something, simply search for it in the app and it will tell you exactly where it's located. It's that easy!

But that's not all! BoxOrganizer goes beyond just moving - it can also assist you in keeping track of your DVD or book collection, wine drawer, and much more. You have the flexibility to decide how and where you want to use it.

How Does it Work?

1. Create a new project.
2. Add your boxes to the project.
3. Print your Box-Codes (network-printer required) and attach them to the respective boxes.
4. Add items by scanning them or manually inputting them into the corresponding box.
5. Create tags to categorize your items for faster searching.
6. Put the item into its designated box, and let us keep track of it for you.

To print Box-Codes, simply long-press on one of the boxes, select the ones you need codes for, and press the printer symbol.

What are Box- / Item-Codes?

Box-Codes allow you to easily check the contents of a box by scanning the code. The app will provide you with a complete list of what's inside. Similarly, Item-Codes help you quickly access item information or make modifications. The codes are available in three different sizes: Single, Grid, and Row.

Can I Use BoxOrganizer Without a Network-Printer?

Absolutely! Even if you don't have a network printer, you can still use BoxOrganizer for your projects. Simply name your boxes individually and write the names boldly on them with a marker. You can then search for the box's name, and the app will inform you of its contents. The same applies to items.

The Benefits of Tags

Tags are a useful tool to help organize multiple items belonging to the same category. For instance, if you have books of different genres, tagging them with appropriate labels like drama, science, or thriller can aid in finding the right one. The app will show you which books match your search criteria and where they are stored. This principle can also be applied to organizing your wine drawer and DVD collection.
